Right of Cancellation

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

Where goods have already been despatched, they must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging to the return address shown below. Upon receipt of the goods as described, House of Kelly will credit the purchaser with the purchase price less any handling charge that may be applicable. House of Kelly will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage. We recommend that an insured service is used to ensure safe arrival of the return. In addition to the above, we also offer a 365 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 365 days and are not happy with it, please email help@houseofkelly.co.uk to receive details of how to make a return. You will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, to the returns address shown below enclosing your order confirmation and quoting the returns number you have been given.

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us.

This Money Back Guarantee does not apply to products marked with an asterisk(*) or where indicated in the product description.

Damaged Goods

We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email help@houseofkelly.co.uk describing the fault. We will issue you instructions on how to return the goods to us.

You will be asked to return the products to us using an instructed courier and to obtain a proof of consignment certificate. You will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

We check all products returned to us. If we do not find the item to be faulty, we may return it to you and you will be liable for postal charges. We will not refund any postage costs incurred on a product we do not consider faulty. We strongly advise that you check the product and instructions carefully before returning it to us.
